“We recently had our entire camp raised by Encore House Lifters. We were 100% satisfied with their work. Many aspects of their work more than exceeded our expectations. They were professional during every step of the process. They explained all of our questions and worked with us every step of the way. The job was located in a rural bayou area and the weather made conditions extra difficult. Almir and his crew were timely and worked around the weather and standing water. Once raised, Encore gave us helpful tips to ensure a safe and quality-constructed foundation. Encore took care of our foundation needs and we feel our home is safer because of their masonry work, construction and strapping methods. This was not their first house-lifting rodeo. Encore thought of every possible detail and contingency. They had helpful suggestions in regards to our plumbing, drainage, hot water needs following the elevation. Encore has a complete team of brick and cement masons, carpenters as well as elevation specialist. For a nominal fee they constructed two sets of pressure-treated stairways with landings as well as a strong support system for my new hot water heater. We did our research and got several quotes. Encores price was fair and competitive. We also heard horror stories from other homeowners who had not used Encore. My wife and I were both very satisfied with the work encore provided. we are looking forward to many more years in our cypress camp. Encore has the experience and know-how to handle the largest of jobs. Thank you Encore for a job well-done.”

“I love this little corner store. There are plenty of soft drinks, juices, and other items to drink. There are also tons of snacks to fit almost every palette. At the front counter there is hot food like, chicken and pizza. The pizza is quite tasty! The staff is also friendly and the store takes a variety of payment methods, including Apple Pay, which is so convenient! With all of these perks, you can also get gas. The only knock on this store is that it closes very early! ?”

“Lived here for about 3 years. The guy from the office always does his best to keep the premises clean. Every morning around 7 or 8 you will see him walking around picking up trash and always smiles to tenants and waves. Very friendly guy! Also maintenance is rather quick! I have no complaints. Just be sure to pay your rent on time. As the fees are rather high and within days you get a letter stating you will now have to pay extra (for court fees). Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Only reason I moved out was because they started moving bad people into the premises. I no longer felt it was safe for my children or myself to continue living there. As higher police presence followed. At one point the entire parking lot was filled with armed policemen who removed a high profile drug dealer. At night men could be seen selling drugs by the dumpster and driving in and out at high speeds throughout the day/night with no regards of the speed limit or children. My son was nearly hit when checking the mail in broad daylight. I placed a complaint to the landlord and he hired police to secure the area but that didn't last long. He was in the area for about a week and a half then never came back and the illegal activity resumed. Was sad to move out. I really did enjoy living here. Not sure how it is now as i moved out back in 2015. But overall the staff is wonderful! They really DO do their best to keep tenants happy”

“Amazing experience. My fiance and i found a peacock feather and they let us keep it! We went around the bird enclosures and the cockatoo that was back there started talking to us. It was amazing. While everyone walked passed this true gem of an animal we had the amazing experience of connecting vocally with an animal. And it even told us goodbye when we were walking away from it. Broke our hearts. Would love to go back just to spark a friendship with that bird. Truly worth the money in itself”
