“I’ve been here since July and first I would like to say that maintenance is awesome here! I have not had to wait forever on a request and most times the men have came on the day of. The maintenance guy John is super helpful and has even helped me carry heavy items to my apartment. I’m glad that the managers have changed because now I feel more invited and welcomed to the leasing office. The previous manager, Marie LeBlanc, was very rude but she has now been replaced with Hunter. I’m looking forward to the upcoming months here and I already love the frequent freebies. As a law student, the complex nose level is moderate and is not frequently loud. I love the spacious rooms and the amenities which I thoroughly take advantage of. However, I do wish there were more visitor’s parking and a better roommate selection procedure, other than that, a great choice!”

Although the manager at the time was quick to respond and handled my issue, I still had a bad taste in my mouth with the store. But CURRENTLY, I decided to go back to the local store and give it another shot. I dealt with Jessica and Amber... they were awesome!! They welcomed me, helped me with my problem, and even found a way to save me money on my monthly phone bill. I am so happy that I gave our central AT&T store another chance because it was an awesome experience. He was also able to help shorten my total project time by making sure i had the perfect type of finish, and that the paint i picked ( Emerald ) would allow for a primer less application and complete coverage of the previous owners vibrant red entrance colors. He was super informative, walked me right to the section for chalkboard paint while me mixed my custom color, and even offered to shake it up for me while i continued shopping. polite, helpful, and knowledgeable employees like Shane are what sets a company apart from their competitors.
