(May 24, 2021, 9:48 pm)Was pleasantly surprised by this park. Very peaceful and enjoyable walk across about a 1.6 mile boardwalk through the swamp. Smalln pond in the middle with picnic tables. Would definitely recommend if in the area.

(May 24, 2021, 1:30 am)Awesome place to get away from the city and the crowds and when we were here, there was only one other couple I saw with their child the entire time. The water level was about six inches from the boardwalk and a little flooded over in one tiny little section but easy to get by with some careful walking. I was hoping to see a gator or two, but didn't while I was here.

(May 22, 2021, 9:41 pm)Just hiked on the trail. Didn't go into the museum. The trail was short but cute. Saw a gator! If you're looking for a free solution to a swamp tour this could be it. You might not see a gator though if that's what you're hoping for but you might.
