(July 16, 2018, 11:43 am)Ann Sagona insured my home for almost 12 years. I never had one bad experience anytime I worked with the staff, calling or email. They are friendly, punctual and efficient with everything I needed and they made me feel like they remembered and knew me, not just lost in the shuffle with everyone else. Ann herself is a wonderful too. She's kind and truly cares. Highly recommended if you want to be more than just a name and number--they will take care of you.
