Tate Road Mobile Home Park

Great park! Good community. Neighbors watch out for each other from my experience. Owner has worked hard to keep the place up. He is very responsive to service request or issues that may arise. Air filters are changed once a month. Green areas are well maintained, no loose trash laying around, gravel parking spots and driveway are graded regularly. You'd be hard pressed to find a pothole! Great place for kids too. People do not speed through here and are respectful with music volume during the evening. If you work alot or travel a ton for whatever reason you could not find a better place to call home base. Some tenants have been here for 5 years plus people generally stay here for awhile. Moving out trucks are a rare sight. I personally value the calm peaceful atmosphere of the park, being centrally located to a variety of groccey shopping, pharmacies, doctors, gyms, dentist, eye doctors, mechanic shops, while being close by they are out of sight, while also the ability to access I-12 and get to any major retail outlets at juban in less than 15 mins or the Mall of Lousiana in 30 mins is nice. The perks are numerous to say the least. If you get an opportunity to rent here. Take it! You won't be disappointed! Credit checks are done for renters and background checks are done on all tenants.

This was the best park I have ever lived in. Chris, the landlord and owner is definitely there for his tenants 100%!! The neighbors are great and i wish I didn't have to leave.
