ORLANDO, the store manager is THE MAN!!!
Driving from Chicago to Texas with my elderly mom in icy conditions was already challenging. I suddenly had issues with my wiper blades & had to find an auto parts store where Google suggested AutoZone in Springfield, Missouri. I was met with less than good service. After calling corporate, I was told to go to a store in my local DFW area & have management contact the original store. When Orlando couldn't reach that person he took matters in his own hands & quickly, efficiently & professionally rectified the the whole situation. I vowed to never shop with AutoZone again, but this guy restored my trust in them. One experience could've ruined everything. THANK YOU ORLANDO!!!! KUDOS #1414

Everybody in the store was professional and went out the way to help me Shawn b especially Tell me the parts that I needed test my alternator for me send me on my way even recommended a couple places I can try out for good mechanics Thank you

Autozone on Mayfield Rd never fails to be fast & friendly. Chris was fantastic; in addition to assisting me within the store, he also made sure everything was in order when I left. He helped me today in a really professional, knowledgeable, and selfless manner.

I have to brag about the manager here at pilot Racheal, she went above and beyond for me today I'm a truck driver and we only get what these truck stops have they had replaced the cheese on the chili cheese machine and I couldn't wait I'm on a tight schedule, so she goes to the back busts open a brand new bag of cheese from the pizza area and hooks me up! Some times small things go a long way!! Thank you Racheal you made my day...

Staff super nice! And bathrooms very clean & spacious.

Pilot offers Organic coffee to pour here . I have the Organic Columbian and I love it , I go out my way for this coffee now. It has a very rich , full bodied taste which is important to me and it brews fresh . The bathrooms are clean and they offer a variety of food items including hard boiled eggs and breakfast pizza . The cashiers could be a little friendlier .

Staff are super friendly. Most of my fuel stops are with pilot this one by far is my favorite. Clean, clean, clean I was very impressed by how clean the entire facility is. Shower is huge and did I mention clean.
