I have a very hard time believing any of the negative reviews Ive seen on here. They have called back and responded every time I called them. In fact, they helped me with a wheelchair situation I had on a weekend. We had a wheelchair by later that Saturday afternoon. I have no complaints here. They billed my insurance accordingly and there were no issues. I'll continue dealing with Preference Medical in the future.”
