“The Best Of The Best!! Dr. Caillouet is not only amazing she is a blessing! Long story short. I had painful gallbladder issues, went to the ER on a Monday and they stated I needed surgery. Went to Northlake Surgical Associates on Tuesday to meet with Dr. Caillouet regarding surgery and was scheduled 2 days later. Later on that day, I received a call and I caught pure hell from Victoria from STPH billing about having a high deductible and to have the surgery I need a deposit of $1800. I hit the floor! I was like great, either I get the money together or die🤦‍♀️ I had to pray and let god! I called Northlake Surgical Associates explained my situation and tried to reschedule the surgery to have time to get everything together. Dr. Caillouet and her team came up with a plan, the surgery went as followed, without stressing about anything! The surgery went well, I am 1000% better, and I cannot thank Dr. Caillouet enough! Not saying that they don't care about the money, but to put the patient first and make sure the patient is taken care of first, is definitely exceptional and excellent patient care!!!
