What I found most satisfying was their attention to detail and incredible communication process. Our baby girl needed to have a torn MCL surgically repaired. The procedure was explained meticulously and the doctor took the time to answer all our questions. We received regular updates on her condition and many follow up phone calls to monitor her progress.
