They were very cognizant with our neighbors regarding debris from the demo work and cleaned as they demoed and replaced. They were fast but very efficient in replacement of the new decking and new roof. “This company is amazing! My mom's roof was damaged from Hurricane Ida and she need a total replacement as her roof was 17 years old. Chris Wade is the salesman and he was so incredibly kind and answered all of our questions in a way we could understand. He never tried to upsell us anything either that my mom did not need as another company we got an estimate from tried to do. On the day of installation, all of the shingles came from a damaged lot and Chris told us that he would not be using them and had a new set of shingles delivered. When he pulled one shingle out to show us what he was talking about, the shingle was incredibly warped. They could have used those damaged shingles (which were warped in production he told us) and we would have been none the wiser until a storm came, then we would have found out. This company is honest. The roofing crew did an amazing job. They got the roof demoed and the new shingles on in one day. About 10 guys showed up and they worked their butts off! But the most important thing is that the roof was professionally done. If you need a new roof call Hester because they are honest, the price for her roof was really reasonable and the crew they use is professional and do really good quality work. Michelle S”

“We had to have a pretty good bit of work from Roofs Restored. They worked on my sister-in-law’s house and was very pleased. So we called them also. They had to replace half of the roof that was starting to have issues. Also had to replace all the post on our back porch and rot on our shed. They did a wonderful job and picked up and cleaned everything. They even blew all the leaves off the back porch and carport. And of course ran a magnet around the whole house for stray nails, have not found even one so far.”
