I could go on, but you should go see. I will say I would like a better portion on my grits and egg breakfast it seemed like a kid's plate. ALL IN ALL nobody is making donuts better than Gerald's it's very easy for me to taste their dough is fresh and NEVER has a sour dough taste which means old dough....Oh...Those onion rings are YUMMY!!!??”

“Competitive gas prices, usually cheapest within 10 mile radius, and within Port Allen and Brusly. Friendly staff to get you in and out and on your way. Several gas pumps, I've rarely had to wait to pump gas. Wide selection of products inside. From key chains to fruit cups, they give Walmart a run for their money for the quick store trips. Been going here for years and the service is always getting better. Never had a problem with the pump being out of order like some of the other RaceTrac locations I've frequented; and the Customer Service is much more efficient and better than the rest. Update: The new renovation is spectacular! I love it! ”

Let me tell you, I would become a fat cow, if I lived close to this business. We chose to wait until we got home, warmed them in the microwave for a bit, and then ate some (explosion). Amazing. “So, I'm going to give this place a five star, because it gives me what I want. I do think that they could do better with their customer facing staff. Sometimes we give young people control of the front of house, but we don't train them or supervise them. Probably, because we don't have a standard ourselves. For example, they need to be trained as to the ingredients in the cake. We're in a place where people have allergies and those that don't have allergies are not eating certain things. Your staff should know what's in your food. And because they are sales people your staff should be able to make recommendations, know pricing and be able to upsell products like beverages. We should monitor their conversations and interactions between employees. Not discussing family business with a customer standing there. Or any business for that matter that doesn't deal with the customer right in front of them. I called on the phone and there should be a standard greeting with happiness in the voice. With that said I like the fact you have 10,000 choices available. I like that you're open very early. I like that you're in a place that's easy to park. That praline donut though is like buttery. Never tasted a buttery donut. And it's not too sweet either. I like being able to buy cake by the slice. I give it 5 stars, because of the product. But you could use some staff training.”
