Despite traffic which caused me to be late for Gerard’s class, the supporting staff accommodated me & prepped me for class. Thalia helped get my hands wrapped quickly & had a friendly & welcoming attitude. Then, Colby took the time to help me learn the 6 basic punches & a few maneuvers for class off the the side. I was a little nervous as a first timer, but Colby was very positive, patient, & encouraging!! During class, Gerard kept us motivated, guided us into different combos, & did NOT let us give up! If you want a friendly staff, full body workout, and someone to encourage you to give it your all until the very last second — I highly recommend this team!”
