“Surprised Anyone opened an AF way down here. It also appears to be stocked too. Theres definitly enough equipment here to get a good workout. It has mostly lifefitness machined. The gym has 2 racks. Unfortunately the treadmills are preva, but you cant log in to accumukate point or join challenges. But they do have ellipticals,bikes, and a stairclimber. pretty good”

“The Coaches and Staff at this location are fantastic. I was someone leading a pretty sedentary lifestyle. The coaches ran a six week challenge to lose some weight and get back into shape. Best decision I have made in a long time. I was able to lose over 25 lbs in those six weeks. The first week was rough. But I have really enjoyed the workouts and getting back into shape.
