“My experience with Kelly Personal Training has been exceptional. Their workout is designed to build muscle mass and core strength. You only go once a week for 30 min to work with a trainer who assists you in your workout. The sessions are vigorous, deep and totally effective. Its a safe space where I feel fully supported. I love that they don't have any mirrors in the room as it helps me to relax into how my body is feeling. After a few months of consistent training my body feels amazing. My core is super strong and the aches I used to get in my joints and back are gone. My trainer (Virginia) is super professional and really does a great job getting me to work at my limit. I totally recommend this gym and their unique training system. Their prices are very reasonable, you even get 2 free sessions to try them out when you sign up.”

“When I started with Anna I was 12 weeks postpartum and had pelvic floor heaviness on days where I was very active and/or chasing around my 2 year old. I also felt generally VERY weak and had random aches and pains. I needed a change to keep up with my fast paced lifestyle! I found that with Anna and she completely solved my issues. After 6 sessions I have zero pelvic floor heaviness/discomfort and feel so strong. I can keep up with my active big boy 2 year old and have more energy to do so. I thought I knew about the pelvic floor/ abdomen but she taught me way more than I could have imagined. Anna also does a great job of working with you in a personalized way- from physically and mentally to even helping with the juggling act of parenting. I was overwhelmed to start to work out again this go round as I have very large babies/ bellies with diastasis recti and thought it was a lost cause! I thought I didn't have the time and would be unable to do it with my toddler and newborn. She let me bring my baby to sessions and even calmed him if he was upset so I could focus on my session. She was easy to schedule with and so understanding and sensitive to things changing (which they often do with kids!). Her at home tips make it so easy and gives you no excuses. I could not recommend Anna more and I think every woman should go see her postpartum. Even if you are overwhelmed and think its not possible with your schedule and your kids give her a call! You will be so happy you did. You owe it to yourself after everything your body has been through!”
