“Campground is very clean. The staff and the campers are very nice and helpful. There's a lazy river with a swim up bar. They do provide a limited amount of floating tube rafts but a few people brought their own in case they ran out. No one complained and it was allowed. They even have an air tank so you don't have to blow up your rafts. They do sell food and drinks by the pool area. The pizza was good. There are covered areas with chairs, tables, and lay out areas. Very nice campground and worth it for everything that comes with it.”

“Stayed here a couple of months while working. Peaceful & quiet. Located out in the county with beautiful spacious lots next to the creek, with large lawn area to take our pets out. Within 10 minutes to the quaint town of St Francisville, and historic plantations. Owners are very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay & will return.”

“We were passing through 1 day before Fat Tuesday. We sent a email that morning to see about any openings. They replied right away. They got us in same day. Only down fall was they Doubled the price for our stay because of mardi Gras. So it cost us 170.00 dollars for a two night stay! Campsites are very crowded but perfect to just sleep if you are there to check out the surrounding area. The office staff was amazing and very accommodating. Beautiful lakes for fishing.”

Their laundromat has commercial-sized washers and dryers that allow you to complete laundering quicker. And the grocery store has a good variety of food and products. “I was so appreciative of this place. The lady who was working in the front knew I was having an awful week, and she gave me a hug. She talked with me, and made me feel comfortable and safe, which is what I currently needed-The Southern hospitality I didn’t receive the past week in Convent. They have a beautiful pool area, a good size playground, and the RV space is a great amount, not to mention their general store is racked with so many spices that I’m really wanting to head back in there and grab some amazing items to try and do some grilling on their fire pits! If you’re looking for a great destination to enjoy the Deep South’s exotic and absolutely delicious food, you’re very close to the Chicken Bayou which has an amazing selection of Louisiana’s beautiful cuisine. Above all, this seems like a place that will be placed in my Google Save.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here! It's a gravel lot with a small laundry room. There is a train yard nearby, so it isn't always quiet, but the neighbors were kind and quiet. We werein Louisiana visiting friends in Baton Rouge. The commute was usually 40-50 minutes.”

However, I dislike whenever others do not obey the laws of our community...*No thru traffic..*Private property.....The reason this is because it's A disabled/older folks type of community and perhaps a sign saying "deaf/blind persons area" or something, anyone who visits our community MUST DO THE SPEED LIMIT 5MPH, and mind you Stay in your lane... “I stayed here for 6 months while on a travel assignment and I absolutely loved it. The park manager, Shawn and his wife Leeann are the nicest people and they go out of their way to take care of the park and the tenants. The park is clean, quiet and I felt safe while staying here. There is a laundry unit on-site which is always kept clean by Leeann (she does a great job and puts a lot of effort into it!) and Shawn was always available to get quarters from which was so convenient. I had food delivered here on a few occasions and no one ever had a problem finding the park. I loved that I was close to everything but it wasn’t directly in the middle of the city. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend anyone to stay here if passing through or staying long term in New Orleans!”
