“My first time eating at Duffy’s in New Iberia, I had their chili-dog and was seriously disappointed- the chili was unimpressive, the bun was a basic bun, but worst of all was the smallish wiener that was bright red, likely saturated with Red Dye #2. Meanwhile, a week later at this place for the first time, for about the same price, I got a seriously delicious oversized chili dog on a local bakery fresh bun! Way to go Jeanerette! :) Oh, and they have indoor, sit-down tables and a wall-mounted TV!”

The way this business operates, the owner wouldn't make any money by offering that. He makes up for it with service and hospitality and sometimes throws incentives in. He served in the military for a substantial period himself. The owner gives lots of helpful information and will talk your ear off if you let him, but you are sure to learn a thing or two, or 10. He's a very knowledgeable guy and you won't get that kind of one on one attention anywhere else. Though they don't have as a huge selection of guns in store, they are entirely able to help order items or even walk you through I custom build of a firearm such as an AR-15 and they will help you understand each part you get. Again, a wonderful place, and a wonderful staff!”

“I've had this "boiler" for nearly a year and I am absolutely loving it. No more carrying around heavy propane tanks and trying to find somewhere to fill them. I use it with a fifteen gallon brew kettle to boil Dungeness crabs. And with the heat tamped down a bit (it is adjustable), I use a cast iron skillet to fry razor clams. I live on the west coast. . I've got the stainless steel model and the construction is top shelf. And my neighbors are all jealous. Highly recommended.”
