“Called early in the morning for a headlight adjustment on a 2017 Taco was told they'd call me back later in the afternoon. They called me back and told me to bring it in and I did so. The guy had it done very quickly, I'd say 10 minutes at most. They guy seemed very knowledgeable and extremely polite. I went over with about removing my pin striping and he typed up a paper quote for me...when I asked what I owe him...he said don't worry about it! 10/10 customer service and based on this experience I would definitely recommend folks at least check him out before going elsewhere! I will be going back to be getting my pin striping removed as he quoted me a $55 dollar price range...which to me seemed very cheap let alone fair! Again if you are calling around for prices or his availability, I'd say definitely shout out to him!”

“This has been one of my best popeyes experience. Long story short I ordered food around Christmas time one the app. I had an emergency come up and left the parking lot. Only to check my bank statement And remember I never picked up my food. I contacted customer service they don’t have a system to refund, but she told me I can go pick the food up. I do not live in the area,but when I finally made it back I went in and prepared to have a negative experience. I had just the opposite great customer service, great food. The manger verified everything and had my hood out to me quickly. I highly recommend!!”

He isn't the typical "just out to make more money" kind of guy. He's very down to earth and genuinely seems to care about his customers. From first contact, to dropping my vehicle off and having my service completed I would give Ascension Transmission a solid 10/10. “When I first visited Baton Rouge back in December 2019 this was the first place I had takeout from. When it was delivered to my room I was in Heaven. I felt like I was eating in my Grandmas or Aunts kitchen. I've since relocated here. I ordered dinner tonight and I had the same feeling. I order the same thing every time. “My recent experience with north shore Toyota was very pleasant. My salesman was Colby. He went above and beyond for me and tried meeting my every need. He did not have my vehicle in stock but went out of his to get it ordered. When we found that this particular vehicle was hard to come by, he and his team started looking at other dealers that had the vehicle in stock offering to make a swap. In order to do this, I had to put down a $1000 deposit. Having had a new baby, I decided to go with a bigger vehicle that I got a good deal on at another dealership.
