“I searched the entire region for a VSP store that would have the eyeglass sku I saw priced at Wal-Mart for $120. I have a $150 allowance for glasses with my VSP. They had the sku and it was only $50 higher than Wal-Mart! My out of pocket was less than $20. They took care of everything over the phone. I didn't see anyone until my glasses were ready for pickup. Less is more to me. They are the best.”

I decided that Summer House Park Provence would be the perfect place for dad, it just seemed it would suit him the best. What sold me on Park Provence was that it felt like individual homes, not an institution or a cookie cutter corporate facility. I loved that they had so many different floor plans and allowed me to tour individuals apartments. I also spoke with the residents and they were all happy and had great things to say. The staff is so friendly and engaging and they encourage participation in their many social events. I can't say enough good things about their awesome, kind and attentive staff. I convinced my father to move down from Virginia about 1.5 years ago and it was the right decision for our family. My dad is happy and has become much more social! My sister and I are thrilled to see him so happy.”

“Store is very clean, neat & well organized. While there’s SO many toys in there, there’s plenty of toys that I expected to see that I didn’t. I was a little disappointed that there isn’t more hands-on set ups, I assumed that there would be a few things that kids could try out. I purchased a $60 toy that my 3 yr old son wanted & it is junk. Of course there’s no return on opened boxes. My complaint is not with learning express but with the maker of the toy so I won’t get into why it is junk. Overall, I will go back just to support local. As an older guy I am impressed with folks that do the right thing, not the easiest thing, but the right thing, and these folks stand behind their work. They took a real problem for me and turned it into a good experience. Jefferson Diesel has a shop full of stuff waiting to be repaired. I was broken down and they worked me into their schedule.
