“Unfortunately it isn't often these days that one has the opportunity to say kind things about a company. In the day and age that most companies are out to get whatever they can out of you, I have found a company that treats the customer fair and honestly. I have a rather large nest (European Hornets) near the entrance to my cellar. I have looked on the internet to see if they eventually die off or how to get rid of them. I have learned that they die off in the winter, but since they are so protected, I was wondering if that would apply to my situation. I called BOG and asked for a free estimate to get rid of the problem. Their serviceman came out and evaluated the situation. He told me they would die off shortly outside the nest due to the cold weather and that the nest could be removed within 2 weeks and that they would not return to the same nest next year. He said not to waste my money if I could wait for their demise. If I needed them immediately removed, he could do so and gave me a price. Well it might have been entertaining to see him get all dressed up in his protective suit, I decided to wait the week or so and let nature do its thing. So thank you BOG for you honesty in dealing with this matter.”
