  I had a problem with my Heat Pump on the holiday week-end and left a message . The following Monday they quickly called me and set an appointment on that day. I thought that was remarkable! Jason the technician ordered the needed part and few days later he came with another technician and took care of the problem and made sure the Heat Pump was functioning perfectly. I am sorry I forgot the name of the other technician he was very good too. They were very polite and pleasant and clean!!

  Great company! JP came out to maintain my system was very professional, on time, and walked me through everything he needed to do. Will definitely keep my contract with Grove.

  Late last summer, I lost my AC for a few days and couldn't get my house temp. below 86-87. Pretty awful. I called Grove and they had Brian at my house the next day. He was terrific - prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. Brian got my AC unit up and running in about an hour. Kudos and thanks to Brian and Grove!

  Awesome company! A story: Received a $2,400 furnace repair bill from another local company who I have been dealing with for many years and had actually done the furnace installation. They also recommended that I replace my 11 year old furnace due to the high repair bill. So I decided to get some estimates to replace the furnace. This is where Grove enters the story. I remembered Melissa from a party where she had bragged about how great Grove was to work for- I called and chatted with Melissa who sent Will out to the house. Will looked like a weathered veteran who knew his stuff. Will looked over the unit, rolled his eyes, bit his tongue, and said it just needs a repair and offered a free second opinion. Whereupon Austin swung by an hour later and gave me a diagnosis to replace a pressure switch with a modest price. (I'm getting excited at this point). Grove called the next day with a replacement part cost of under $400- of course I said yes (rather smitten now). Next day JP appeared with the replacement part, worked on it for about an hour and cleaned some debris out of the air intake pipe. Total cost for parts and labor $447! REMEMBER the other company wanted $2,400 for the repair or even $6-7,000 to replace the whole unit. Smart and Trustworthy! It doesn't get any better than this and I am now a Grove customer for life. Thank you.

  Grove is fantastic! They were very prompt and called me back so quickly after our heat went out. Their preventative maintenance program is great and their employees are all so kind. We had a particularly wonderful experience with Arrow. Arrow was knowledgeable, patient and so punctual. Highly recommend!
