“I’m a new patient and every time I meet with her she give me her undivided attention. I never feel rushed and she personally calls and provide you with your test results. “This dental practice is absolutely wonderful. I've been going here for years, and though it's changed hands a few times, it's been consistently great service. The waiting area is comfortable, the chairs are comfy, and it has plenty of magazines for while you wait. The lighting is warm, and feels almost homelike. The actual offices within are professionally sterile, and the exam rooms within are nice and organized. Some of the equipment (like the overhead swivel lights for some of the chairs) is getting dated, but for the most part they have been well-maintained over the years (again, I speak of the swivel light - the one in the room I had been in had been cracked, but it was only on the plastic shade between the light-bulb and whatever you point it at). I had been seen to by a woman named Sandy for most of my appointment, and she was as pleasant to talk to before and after the procedure as she was skilled. After performing my routine cleaning, she had decided to perform a gum test, to make sure I hadn't started experiencing bone loss beneath the gum line. At the end of it, she confirmed that I had not, and suggested investing in a water flosser, to help get into those hard to floss places and thus prevent irreversible damage. All in all, I was out of there within 40 minutes. Dr. Kim runs a tight ship, and has made sure his staff are both incredibly competent and pleasant to have working on you.”
