“Recently I had been experiencing shoulder pain after an athletic injury. I contacted Cara Atwell from GOfit Physical Therapy and I cannot say enough amazing things about Cara and the practice she has with her husband. *Cara was able to see me at a time and place that was convenient to my schedule. *Cara gave me 1-on-1 treatment, providing me all of her attention for one hour sessions. *I was blown away by the knowledge and experience Cara has, as well as, the kindness and care I received. *I am now pain-free and the improvement from my sessions with her has allowed me to return to all of my activities (including my every-day profession: teaching dance in a high school). I was also very pleased to learn that Cara has an extensive dance background, growing up dancing with the AA Co. school system and minoring in dance at UVA. This experience allowed her to better understand me as a dancer and what my profession requires of me. I could not be more relieved to know that I can go to GOfit for any injuries or pain that I may experience in the future. Cara and her husband are extremely personable, knowledgable, and experienced. My burger came nearly raw with a soggy bun when ordered medium. Would have sent back but waitress never came back until we were ready for the check. Used to be one of my favorite places, but the past few visits have been lacking.”
