“So we prefer this McDonald's over other ones in the area because we genuinely have better service and food here at this one. Tonight my husband and I went in to pick up an order. We're in front of the registers and an employee pointed out to another employee that she had a customer. I'm not sure where, at any fast food place, that it's acceptable to turn around look at the customer and then turn back around and ignore them. So thanks to the guy who actually helped me and Rita needs a class in customer service because she fails. Miserably.”

I actually drive out of my way to go to this specific office because all of the staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I have anxiety going to the doctor's office and this office has such a calming environment that my anxiety is not even an issue. Not sure why the bad reviews previously. I would highly recommend.”

Mistakes might happen in any kitchen but here, if an order gets mixed up it's handled quickly and professionaly; management is always making sure the customer is satisfied. I've been to this location about a dozen times over the last couple of years and have only had positive experiences. I've been in on busy weekend evenings, slow weekday nights, and in the morning; it's always good and I'll keep going back.”
