“So we prefer this McDonald's over other ones in the area because we genuinely have better service and food here at this one. Tonight my husband and I went in to pick up an order. We're in front of the registers and an employee pointed out to another employee that she had a customer. I'm not sure where, at any fast food place, that it's acceptable to turn around look at the customer and then turn back around and ignore them. So thanks to the guy who actually helped me and Rita needs a class in customer service because she fails. Miserably.”

“What can I say? This cafe is a hidden gem in Pasadena. It is located in the YMCA Gym. Customer Service has always been amazing. I love the smoothies, especially after a workout in the YMCA. Prices are like Starbucks. The prices are reasonable. I will be coming back.”

“Staff is always friendly and on a first name basis. Service is polite, accurate and on time. Mistakes might happen in any kitchen but here, if an order gets mixed up it's handled quickly and professionaly; management is always making sure the customer is satisfied. I've been to this location about a dozen times over the last couple of years and have only had positive experiences. I've been in on busy weekend evenings, slow weekday nights, and in the morning; it's always good and I'll keep going back.”
