“I visited this place for the first time yesterday and I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Nguyen. I've had Plantar Fasciitis for about 4 or 5 years now I'm only 28 years young. I use to go to the VA hospital to be seen for my feet but I didn't feel like they cared much because all they did was give me cortisone injections every visit. They dragged it on for too long and my pain has only worsened. Dr. Nguyen explained everything very well and educated me on the kind of stretches that would work for me. She also let me leave with a boot that works wonderful by the way, and instructed me to wear the boot at all times until my next visit. My foot feels great in this boot. I just wish there was a way to take this pain go away permanently so I can go back to the gym the way I use to. I've gained so much weight because of this is depressing. But anyway, the medical assistant I had rocked I hope to have her again every time.... the whole staff was amazing, thank you!”

“The staff was friendly and greeted me as I entered. I sat in the docs room awhile. Dr. Klieman was friendly and he made suggestions about what procedures would make me look younger and gave me a proposal including the prices. He seemed to be willing to do any of the procedures right then and there. I had my forehead botoxed and I think he might have numbed it with a needle. I was told he didn't numb. I appreciated that. I added filler into my smile lines. When I got the injection of botox the Dr. said the deep lines between my eyes, frown lines that seem to have the deepest wrinkle was considered another area and an added cost. I have never been charged extra for that area. He said I should get something else in conjunction with or more botox. I had never heard that recommendation before so I didn't buy it. I think he gave me shots for the pain and I think he did more botox to prevent something and didn't charge me. The staff was lovely, fast and courtesy. I would go back. My big concern was the between my eyes creases were considered another charge so they didn't get a shot and that has always been included at other offices and I have never been told that I needed more so my eyes didn't droop. So 2 areas were going to be charged for if I wanted them done and I have never been charged for between my eyebrows and no other plastic surgeon ever said I needed the second suggestion. My point is that no plastic surgeon had ever suggested both up sales. I didn't go for it. I'd go again because my face looked younger at my son's wedding. I don't know if the doctor is board certified in plastic surgery either. Try him. In liked how it turned out but the effort to upsale was to the point that I didn't think I needed the 2 things no other doctor had ever mentioned bit. Every doctor does it this day and age I guess. Go for it.”
