  Great experience as usual. Lobby was a little warmer than I would have liked, but the room was clean and comfortable.

  I just returned by a business trip in the Baltimore area. I booked this hotel due to the distance from the airport. I highly recommend this Courtyard. The staff went above and beyond to make a boring business trip very enjoyable. Donna at the Bistro made my trip! She is extremely kind and accommodating. I will definitely stay again. The staff had a way of making an airport hotel feel cozy.

  Fairly close to the hotel. Shuttle service provided. Nice restaurants near by. The rooms are decent. The service is ok.

  Clean and pleasant, good mattress and bedding, convenient to the airport. Restaurant offerings are servicable. Manager was very kind and helpful in getting us a room on no notice on a night with lots of snow delays at BWI. Minus a star for staff confusion about the breakfast offerings that would have resulted in a significant overcharge had I not spoken up (breakfast is not included).

  Highly recommended. The lobby is very cozy and a nice place to hang out. There was a guys that checked us out that wasn’t overly friendly and barely helped... I guess that’s life!
