Lili didn’t have much hope that I would stay with her for very long. Not much self discipline, but twice a week I would show up for scheduled workouts. Five years later I can safely say that training with Lili has been a life-changing experience.
She has over time sculpted my body into a shape I never thought possible. As a somewhat “pudgy” 43 year old, she slowly transformed my aging body into something today I am proud of.
Lili makes it somewhat easy. Show up, give it some effort, and let her go to work. Lili knows her craft. She has such a passion for exercise and bodybuilding. And as a fitness role model, I know of none better. Her personal dedication to fitness is unparalleled. I would highly recommend her for most, but be warned she doesn’t deal well with whiners.
