“Marvin answered the phone when I called to see if NAPA Annapolis had graphite lubricant for my car door lock. It was getting difficult to insert my key to open the door. He said he was holding a graphite lubricant in his hand because he has just sold two of them. He was very helpful, positive, and patient with my questions. When I went into the store, he was just as friendly. He gave me advice/instruction on how to use the product, and upon seeing how unsure I was, offered to come out to the car and show me! My key goes in smoothly now. I am so relieved the product worked, and so grateful to Marvin for his help, advice, and friendliness. Five stars for sure for NAPA Annapolis!”
