  This was the 3rd plumbing company I called when our water heater died but the only one that responded quickly and figured out what we needed and miraculously was able to install a new heater in two days. Staff was super helpful - I highly recommend them!

  Recently I had some bad luck and some very good luck. The bad luck was that we had developed a leak in our bathroom and the very good luck was that we had chosen W. L. Staton Plumbing to come out and fix the leak. I had read some reviews on the Internet, called them and explained to them what the problem was in our bathroom. They made an appointment and actually showed up early. The two gentlemen that came explained what they thought was the problem and the best way to solve it. They went right to work and within a couple hours had taken a the length of pipe that was creating the leak out and had installed a replacement which solved the problem. They were very efficient, informative, and very knowledgeable. I would certainly use them in the future as the work was done swiftly, properly and at a very reasonable cost.

  W.L. Staton seems to be a company which still cares about the customer experience. I was able to get a same day appointment and workers who completed the job cheerfully with no complaining. In my experience both of these are rare. Price was industry standard but by no means outlandish. Extremely satisfied with the entire experience and will call them FIRST next time.

  Staton did three jobs at my home in Annapolis. A new bath, super quick service when sewer line to the street had to be replaced, and finally just replaced the old 1945 plumbing in the rest of the house.

  We rarely have time to review services but we felt compelled to provide a quick insight to the professional services that Staton plumbing recently provided for a broken pipe in our house.
