He said he was holding a graphite lubricant in his hand because he has just sold two of them. He was very helpful, positive, and patient with my questions. When I went into the store, he was just as friendly. He gave me advice/instruction on how to use the product, and upon seeing how unsure I was, offered to come out to the car and show me!
