    Crofton Yoga offers a full range of classes with incredibly well-trained instructors. The environment is peaceful and the fact that students have been attending for years speaks volumes!

    Crofton Yoga is a wonderful place to start and continue your yoga practice! They offer so many different types classes like prenatal yoga, beginner, level 1-2+, restorative, meditation, etc… plus they have acupuncture! They also offer many workshops and a 200-hour certification for teaching yoga. I highly recommend being part of this yoga community! It’s truly for everyBODY!

    At Crofton Yoga there truly are classes for Every Body. Their values and beliefs are rooted in ancient yoga for today's lifestyle. The teachers are AMAZING! They also have private yoga, yoga therapy, Tai Chi and Acupuncture. It is a warm and wonderful place.

    If you are looking for a yoga studio that feels specially made for you, Crofton Yoga is the one! You truly feel like part of a community, with your very first class, but with no sales pressure involved. Classes are varied so there is something for everyone! Registration/sign-in for classes is very easy; even rescheduling is offered with their new online registration system.
