They were very polite, and although they had a full towing schedule that day, when I told them my terrible experience with LKQ (see my review their), and that I was getting charged $$ for "storage" at a temporary lot, they squeezed me in almost immediately. Their tow truck driver was very polite, even though he had to wait a few minutes for us (traffic signal maintenance, who'd a thunk?), and asked us three times whether he had given us our check.
