Our little Pomeranian Mr. Snickers had passed away and we were thinking of cremation or burying him in our yard. I spoke with Donna and she was so helpful with all of my questions and concerns. We did purchase a fabulous tiny dog casket and now Mr. Snickers rests in peace and will always be at his home. Thanks Donna for everything!!

Hi everyone ☺ my name is Jess. I recently, abruptly & suddenly lost my puppy. It literally crushed my 12 year olds, my 4 year old, & as well as my heart. Sadly, our baby got out and was struck by a vehicle. Because she was only a baby chihuahua she passed while we were rushing to the emergency vet. I would like to say that I never had this happen and never had to creamate a pet before. My puppy was my baby as I can't have anymore children. When I called Donaldsons I didn't know what to expect. The woman on the phone was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, was sympathetic and sweet. She explained the whole process to me etc. I drove 30-45minutes to them because of their reviews and the way the phone call was handled. When I arrived, I was created by Bill. A very kind older gentlemen. He was extremely gentle and careful with our puppy. He asked a few questions and gave us 2 different periods of time to say our goodbyes and love yous to our puppy. When we were finished he again answered any questions I had, explained the whole process etc. They estimated 24-48 hours til I could pick up my puppy. They called me the very next morning. Even though they are going through renovations and estimated a possible 24-48 hours it took no time at all. Not even 24 hours! I really loved this because I wanted my baby back as soon as I could get her. Another thing I really love is the fact they let my daughter (the 12 year old) put the puppy under her name and number. This was my daughters puppy and it made her feel like even though she isn't an adult, that the gentlemen bill really cared about her thoughts and feelings regarding her puppy and that she wasn't just a child with no say about her puppy. I loved that. I found it to be a nice touch. Just because she's young I feel her feelings were still valid since it was her puppy and they recognized that instead of treating her as if she has no say due to her age as I said. That really made her and I feel even better about them handling our baby. I will say I found it weird that we didn't receive a receipt or any paperwork after paying and filling out papers for our baby to be cremated. However, because they don't recieve lots of people on the same day of course and pets etc they explained they would know because I would be the only one with the information etc. And I didn't have any issues when returning to pick my baby up. I also loved the certificate that came with my babies ashes and the laminated tag with her ashes. I also loved that they took hair clippings and put them in a zip lock for me to have. I thought that was a extra touch for me to feel I still had her with me. In addition to all these wonderful things the best thing I thought and loved the most was that they are not a communicable crematory which means in case you don't know, that your dog, puppy, etc is cremated ALONE! It is 100% your pet, family member, etc. They don't put a bunch of pets in altogether to where your getting some other pets ashes etc. Your animal goes in alone and it is 100% them and their ashes that you receive back. I absolutely loved this! Because believe it or not most places do not give you 100% guarantee its your pet and they are communicable which means they put them in altogether which I do not like. I wanted my baby back and only her 100%. The only thing I didn't like other then not receiving a receipt when I paid which is when I dropped my pup off is that they didn't provide a very nice box, urn, etc for the ashes to be in. It was a plastic container with a plastic push in thing that you push in and push up to open the plastic container where the ashes are contained in a plastic bag that is ziplocked closed. I would of loved to buy a urn, vase, box something beautiful for my babies ashes. However, because of all their qualities etc I felt they deserved this 5 star review. As I mentioned my only issues were not being given a receipt when i paid cash and not being able to pick something beautiful for the ashes. I would recommend them again and recommend Bill because he handled everything.

I recently lost my dog and cat and have used their pet cremation services. I have loved how they handled my pets and the care they have given them as well as the care they have given my family during our loved ones last moments prior to saying good by forever. The people are kind and caring as well.

My husband and I recently lost out parrot we had for 36 years. We didn't want to bury him, so my husband searched for a place that cremated animals. He called Donaldson's. Upon our arrival, the kindness and patience of these people were amazing. He was truly treated like the family member he was. Thank you.

i used them first in 2007, my father was out of state and they handled everything , even arranged for the US Air Force honor guard. When my mom passed 11/2017 hospice called them and they took it from there. I worked with Gina both times and her attention to detail, professionalism and kindness were extremely comforting during a very tough time.
