Most importantly they focus on technique and fundamentals without weight to start. They want you to matter the technique before you introduce weight to avoid potential injury. The coaches guide you through everything and are very knowledgeable. The members are very diverse. Some are super in shape and others, like me, struggle greatly even with simple exercise. Even after I've graduated the foundations class and moved to the normal classes, the coaches still are watching everyone focusing on technique and improvement. They help me scale weights so I can complete the workout yet still feel challenged. I've lost over 21lb in my first month. It's a super friendly, non-judgemental environment where everyone has the same goal of personal improvement.
