“Recently did a 6 week fitness challenge with Old Line Crossfit, and had great results. Got from 12.2% body fat to 8.3% while keeping almost all my muscle, basically the best shape I've been in my adult life just in time for a Hawaiian vacation. The coaches in charge of the challenge, Kyle and David, were very accessible and helpful with nutrition and meal planning and giving feedback on how keep progressing over the course of the challenge. The facilities were clean and well run, and I looked forward to going my workouts each afternoon. They have a large number of class times each day, so I never felt that I couldn't get in a workout. The coaches were challenging but always on the lookout for making sure your form was good and you didn't put yourself in any unnecessarily dangerous positions. The overall membership was supportive and a positive group. People were always willing to help out with form and movement suggestions when you asked, not just the coaches. Being a friendly, professional place with a great culture and coaches where I got some awesome results in a short period, I can strongly recommend Old Line Crossfit.”
