  I like that we have a beautician on site. I don't have to go out to get my hair done. We also have a dialysis unit here so I don't have to go out in the rain or snow when I need it. I love bingo and the bus trips. If I am able to go, I always will. My favorite thing here are my friends and I have support from them. I also have the ability to order food from other restaurants. They bring the food right to your room, I don't have to go get it. Its nice and convenient.

  I started a non profit here at Future Care where we make jewelry and send them to women and children around the holidays. The smiles on the faces of those we donated to were amazing. When families come for thanksgiving we give them gifts as well. The Chaplin here does a hymn sing where he brings back traditional songs and prayers. Ive have become very close with others during services where we can talk and help each other. Future care has become my extended family. The administrator is a very gentle person. He takes the time to sit with you and does his best do to what he can for you. He is a great administrator to have. You can always get a smile from him and he has a very good heart.

  The activities are really great. This is very important to me and I can find things to match my interest. I am very young and have connected with other young ladies and became good friends. I have the ability to do arts and crafts whenever I want. I create jewelry in my spare time. It is very convenient to have wifi because I can use it for social connections and online shopping. I also like the karaoke. When I first came in, I was on a ventilator and wasn't expected to ever come off. I worked with therapists and now I can breathe, eat, and speak completely on my own. I worked with rehab to get a custom fit wheelchair. Activities helps me set up special moments for me and my friends. The food is great and we have gourmet like meals. I am treated with respect all the time.

  In my opinion, the staff takes excellent care of us. I had no idea there were places like this when I got sick. Im glad I found this place. It gives my family piece of mind knowing I am comfortable and always taken care of. I have a ventilator and the respiratory department helped me as mobile as I could be inside and outside the building. The staff has trained my family members to take care of me when I am not in the facility.
