“I took my car my baby a 05 645 CI that had very deep scratches from been keyed ? to Auto Point I had searched everywhere for a good affordable price to get the scratches covered and couldnt find anyone willing to do the job for under 2 thousand dollars. When we went to the 41st & Memorial location, we met Daniel Sandoval. He was our contact & was great! Daniel was always professional & got back to me in a timely fashion. He dealt with the insurance company & kept us updated all the time. They also text with updates too, which was helpful but I knew Daniel was always just a phone call away. We got our car back & it looked (and drove) like new.”

“Lots of low reviews here. Take it with a grain of salt. While employees performance may not be top notch its certainly not horrible. Unfortunately they have to operate within some pretty strict guidelines and deal with upset people who's cars have been impounded. Tough spot to be in. I have had mixed experiences here but for a government run joint, it's not too bad.”
