Yesterday we called late in the day for service , and they gave us an appointment for today. they said they work late and low and behold....a tech came about 8:00 pm. Even though I’m sure he was exhausted, tech William Rappold came in and was polite, knowledgeable, and great at his job. He worked his repairmen magic and within a half hour he was done and our heat was once again working. Our bill would’ve been $528 without the BGE home warranty! We were so glad we were covered by this policy and very happy with the outcome.”
