  Visited this place for the first time on Monday. The decor in front of the shop is beautiful. They have a waterfall in the landscape out front. There is a small stream that feeds the waterfall. The stream runs through the landscape and you must cross a small bridge over the stream to get to the entrance of the store.
  Customer service: People are nice and everyone was fairly helpful. BUT there are two people who were able to answer very specific questions and seemed to be the most knowledgeable of the group (everyone else referred to them if they couldn't answer my questions.)
  Supply: they have a nice supply of plants. They carry a fair supply of "Proven Winners". (I would only buy from this company if I could because of their selectiveness in the plants they produce) So I thought that was good. They had a big selection of trees. It was a bit pricey for me ( $80 for a cherry tree) but the raspberry bushes I bought from them ( $30 a piece) came with a 2 year warranty as Iong as I bought a bag of soil amendment and a small pouch of plant starter. This was totally worth it for me as I purchased an apple tree from another nursery last year that has given me nothing but trouble. I plan to replace it with one of theirs for sure. Will also come back for cherries and peaches if I can. Who doesnt love a 2 year warranty on trees?
