  Just bought a 2015 CPO Mazda CX5 from out of state to bring back to NY. Firstly Eddie was very fast at reaching out and then after working out a price he helped me surprise my wife with this purchase. We spoke for a week, via text and email finalizing all details. When I flew in, they gladly picked me up from the airport, drove me in and wowed me with the CX5. They even updated my maps before I left the dealership as they knew I would be driving more than 5.5 hours home. After signing all the paperwork Eddie was able to help me keep the surprise going and letting my wife know that unfortunately the vehicle had been sold, (little did she know I bought it). He played it off perfect and when I arrived home later that night she was over the moon. Other dealers sold the vehicles under my nose after working out agreements and Heritage Mazda stayed true to their word. Eddie even checked in with me late at night to make sure I got in safely and to check on status of surprise. Was fantastic experience. Thanks again.

  Pleasant experience overall, sales person Maurice Robertson was very friendly, kind and made every attempt and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. He’s the reason for 5 star rating. I wasn’t impressed with the time it’s taking to get an extra FOB. Finally made an appt. in the service department to copy my key. Hoping for everything uphill in the Service Dept moving forward.
  Not a pushy dealership, respect that most customers know what they want, when they’re ready and what their finances look like.

  The staff is very friendly. I bring my 2015 Mazda here for service. The technicians are thorough and knowledgeable. They keep my vehicle performing at its best. Very personable as well. You can always have a laugh with them.

  Tosh was excellent!!!! We came late on a Saturday to test drive a 2016 Mazda3, loved the car. She was extremely helpful in reviewing all aspects of the vehicle, how to work all the new gadgets available in the newer cars. Everyone at Heritage was wonderful. The walked me through the buying process and made it extremely easy. I appreciate all the hard work they did to get me into my new vehicle. I would highly recommend calling Tosh, she did not pressure me into a purchase by any means. I will be a returning client.

  Kevin was an absolute joy to work with. He compiled a range of quotes and worked with my limited schedule. Very knowledgeable and sincere. Incredibly helpful. I'm a details person and he far surpassed my expectations for the experience of buying a new car. Very efficient and diligent. I've already enlisted him on a search for the perfect car for my son and a replacement for our business vehicle.
