I walked in 20 minutes before closing and got excellent, knowledgeable, no-rush service. Roy was very helpful describing different styles, brands, safety features, etc. Even gave me a pair of socks to try for thickness. Top-shelf all the way.

Huge selection of work boots, and the staff is very knowledgable. If he doesn’t have it, he’ll order it and it’ll be there in a week.

Experienced staff that was very knowledgeable about the various boots they have (they have a plethora of boots of every type). Friendly help in selecting just the right boot for my needs. No attempt at upselling me a more expensive boot and no sales pressure. It was a very comfortable experience that left me walking out of the store with a pair of boots I am very happy with.
