I am a very handy, DIY guy, and I am very concerned about quality, attention-to-detail, and value, and Craig and Mike treated my home and projects better than anyone could have. Their attention to detail was unbelievable, and their experience was apparent. They worked with me to allow me to do some of the prep work to keep my costs down, as well. ==>> Key Point: Your Home Solution works on an hourly basis, but within the budget you have. Do not let this turn you off! I think we got more for our money than we would have received from any of the other quotes for tile work that we got. We were also able to save money by going to pick up materials ourselves instead of the contractor charging us for their time at the store. We were so happy with their work on our bathrooms that we immediately had them install/replace our rooftop deck, and again, oh my gosh, they did awesome! Again, attention to detail and doing things right carries the day! We used this contractor based on the work they performed for a neighbor, and we will recommend them to anyone and everyone! This business is owned by Craig Shotwell, who has extensive experience in Baltimore row home construction and renovation.”
