“I love going to this Lowe's!!! The employees are nice and friendly. They greet you when they see you and ask how they can help you. If you ask someone for help they stop and actually help you, not just point you in a direction and best of luck. We went today and needed help. We asked an employee for help and she obviously had a bunch of paperwork to do. So, if she had just pointed us in the direction I would have completely understood. She left what she was doing and helped us. She asked if there was anything we needed we asked for another product. We expected her to point us in the direction but she went with us and made sure we found exactly what we needed. She was very sweet to my children, too. It was a wonderful experience and this wasn't an isolated incident. It is this way every time we go. The store is clean, well lit, and organized. We have an enjoyable shopping experience every time we go.”
