Knock on wood the last one they brought it still working! To save then much time maybe better testing before selling. However, keep up on the customer service.

(September 10, 2020, 11:25 am)Extremely easy to deal with. I got an upright freezer from here, and it did have issues initially. Stopped working after a few days. I called in and they had a repairman out within a few days, saw there was a leak in it, and a replacement unit was sent just a few days later. 5 stars because I didn't have to go through any prompts, wait on holds, or struggle with paperwork. The process for purchase and replacement was as easy as it gets.
