“I visited this bakery for the first time on 4/25/18. The place smells delicious, in fact the odor reminded me of the Amish bakery. My mom bought the cupcakes and they were yummy. The employee who helped us was friendly. However, I only have one complaint, and I suppose it's minor, but they really need to do a renovation. The inside of the bakery looks so vintage. The 60s or maybe the 70s are the decades that come to mind. There's a tiny, dusty looking train set in the front window, old cake pans on the wall. To be honest the interior was sort of creeping me out, I wasn't expecting it to look so outdated. I do plan on coming back to try their other desserts. I recommend coming here if you want a break from the mainstream and lackluster grocery store sweets. ***Update*** My family has been coming here ever since I left this review, and there has been 100% satisfaction! Their chocolate cake is so tasty!!!!! This is the best place for desserts. And best of all Mr. Simon still works here. I think that's awesome, especially considering his age (I think he's in his 80s). Keep up the great work making delicious goodies, I will always be a customer. You rock Mr. Simon!”

“The staff is usually friendly and helpful. I needed to exchange an item without my receipt and they didn't give me a hard time. When they're really busy they open another register. It is one of the smaller stores but the selections are good. They have a wide range of typical dollar store items as well as a few unique finds. This store also takes manufacturers coupons.”

“Nice store. Been shopping there for my elderly mother for 2 years. Only complaint is the rude man in the deli. He doesn't have a bit of good customer service in him. He acts like it is a real bother for him to wait on you. Not pleasant at all. If you ask him a question he gets irritated. If he has to ask you a question he talks to you like your a idiot. He needs to be put in the back so customers don't have to deal with him.”
