I called the restaurant to alert them of the error, and the manager called the driver, while also sending me the correct number so we could sort of the mix up. She followed up with me until I got the correct order and was satisfied with my meal. It was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The manager was excellent. I’m pleased to remain a happy customer!”

The staff is so helpful and friendly; yesterday morning I went in for a quick breakfast sandwich, and before I could even ask if they had more of a certain kind, this lady, (all the regulars were calling "Ma"), asked me what I was looking for, went to the counter and ordered for me, helped and greeted, everyone who came in, emptied trash and tidied the coffee area...she was amazing! All of the other staff is equally friendly and helpful, and although I don't go there often, I recognize some as having been there for years, and that is a great sign for any business, in my opinion.”
