“Doctors and nurses are wonderful. A lot of receptionists are nice. I would give 0 stars if it was just Rosie though. She is a real problem. Very unfriendly, and if you ask her a simple question she has a very sarcastic and nasty response. I've been coming here for a couple years and consider myself very unlucky whenever she's the one to pick up the phone (which is unfortunately every time I call). My family members have also mentioned her unpleasantness and I'm sure she's not targeting just us but treats a lot of people with contempt. I really hope she can get some customer service training, maybe she is unaware of her bad attitude or just doesn't respect how patients should be treated. I've been a receptionist twice before and I know how the job is, but I have never witnessed her level of unprofessionalism. Please look into improving her service skills.”

“I've lived for almost 9 years. I enjoy the complex and have had minimal problems. I feel fairly safe in the complex however with ANYWHERE that you live, you have to be careful. There have been a few scattered incidents thru the years but nothing that made me that I had to move or would no longer be safe. The complex is cleaned daily. There are no mice. Maintenance is fairly timely. The office accepts your packages. The office staff is pretty good. The apartments are very roomy and the cost is reasonable. The only thing that I don't like so much are the semi annual inspections. However, its apart of how they keep the complex up. They have been doing updates in the apartments also. I wish they had washers and dryers in each apt unit but each bldg is okay and there is a laundromat up the street. All in all, its a good complex with minimal issues. Any problems that I've reported with neighbors were addressed and two were evicted . **You get free girl scout cookies every year :-)**”

A year later when the roof was found to be leaking the company refused to honor the contract. I was referred to Twins Home Improvement LLC. They were courteous, prompt, highly professional and repaired all the potential leaky site for a very reasonable payment and gave me a year of warranty without insisting on me replacing the entire roof. This is the type of service and quality work that customers should pay for. This company came highly recommended to me by several people and now I know first hand that they certainly have earned all their stars!!!”
