The process - from an initial quote using our drawings, to on-site measurements, and finally the actual installation, went very smoothly and we are very pleased with the quality of the materials and the completed project. Prices were very competitive and there was no pressure to add additional stuff we didn't need. Emily's installation team are experts and professionals. They arrived at the scheduled time and completed the entire project, from removal of the old wood counter top, to the installation of the new counter top and sink in a speedy & very efficient manner. I had some initial concerns regarding the weight of the new granite top on the existing wooden cabinets. The installers knew exactly how to deal with this and added some additional wall bracing around the sink cabinet -- the result -- the cabinets now appear stronger that their original condition. “After an appliance store kept pushing off my delivery date for my freezer and I wasn't sure I'd receive it before Rosh Hashana, Meir at Town Appliance came to the rescue! He helped me buy a freezer over the phone (because I couldn't make it to the showroom in Owings Mills next to Aldi). His price was significantly LOWER than than the other appliance store and he had a freezer delivered within 5 days (during the pandemic) when other companies have a 1 -6 month wait. Meir helped me find a freezer that is slightly bigger (than I had selected at the other appliance store) which is better for my family, patiently went over the measurements so we'd be sure that it would fit in our tight space, and discussed all costs so I wouldn't be surprised by hidden fees...and this amazing customer service was BEFORE we realized that years ago he was in yeshiva with my husband! Since Town Appliance is a frum company, they know what we need in terms of Shabbos modes for appliances, so when our old refrigerator finally breaks, I'll be sure to call him again! I regret not calling him months ago while we've been without a 2nd freezer this summer.”

“****I want to say how first that during any kind of pandemic also around the holidays emergency rooms get busy and there's always a wait*****. I ended up cutting my hand really good and needing stitches so I had to go to the emergency room. When I got there the front desk people were really amazing, super helpful and always upfront and honest. The triage nurses we're very kind and attentive. Anytime I had a question somebody was nice and helpful. Medical staff have to put up with a lot of different things, and it is a very difficult job and for them to still be nice helpful and sincere it really goes a long way to show that they actually care about their patients. The wonderful PA and PA in training did a spectacular job with my stitches and in helping me feel calm. They also told me what to expect from my stitches and we're very knowledgeable. All in all yes you end up having to wait but that's what happens in emergency rooms and you should expect that especially around the holidays but having a staff that truly cares and puts your needs first and helps keep you calm in stressful situations is an amazing attribute to a hospital. Which is why I'm giving Northwest hospital's emergency room of five star rating”
