“I can only speak for the great service I received from Mr. Joseph Sellers, Settlement Attorney, of the 3000 10th Street N Suite D, Arlington, VA 22201 office. I was in the midst of purchasing a home. I vetted three settlement companies by asking seven questions to each company. I have a "type A" personality, so I was looking to see who would be paying attention to the details and who would give me a thorough answer. I was also looking to see how long it would take for them to respond to me and if the title estimates they gave me were understandable. Mr. Sellers met my expectations and more. He answered all my questions thoroughly and promptly. The estimate sheet that he sent me was the easiest to read. He also was the only one who informed me that owners title insurance was optional. I ended up not purchasing the home due to a bad home inspection of the property. When I requested my earnest money deposit back, Mr. Sellers gave my refund back promptly. I received it one day after the contract was cancelled. If I ever go down this road again of purchasing a home in the DMV area, I will seek Mr. Sellers as my Settlement Attorney. Great customer service!”
