I called the office for help with sending the rent and explained my situation no type of sympathy at all I was told when rent was due although that was not my question I was going through a very hard time and the only thing they could do was tell me what date rent is due yes it is a little loud but I iked both my apartments I would still recommend this place cause it is a nice place to live .”

“I mean very convenient and you get what you expect. The only annoying thing about the kiosks is the "shade screen" which is helpful during the summers isn't especially helpful during cloudier days. In fact, it's bothersome to not be able to keep it up. I have used the kiosks here more than a handful of times, but I remember 1 or 2 times when the discs were not in the case. Just contact redbox and they will take care of it. Overall, it's what you would expect.”
